The Infinity Leadership

Infinity Arts Foundation is guided by leaders and advisors committed to the transformative power of creativity.

Infinity Arts Foundation is led by a team of passionate artists, mathematicians, scientists, and creative visionaries dedicated to pushing boundaries and exploring new frontiers. We believe that when artistic imagination meets scientific inquiry, extraordinary things can happen. Infinity Arts Foundation was founded by partners Matthew Brown, writer, director, and filmmaker, and Melissa Herrington, contemporary abstract artist. Herrington’s career in contemporary art and Brown’s acclaimed film The Man Who Knew Infinity reflect the artistic and intellectual ambition that guide Infinity Arts Foundation.

Together, Matthew and Melissa envisioned Infinity Arts Foundation as a catalyst for exploration, innovation, and storytelling—where filmmakers, artists, math and science can discover.

MELISSA HERRINGTON / ARTIST / FOUNDER

Melissa Herrington is a Los Angeles–based abstract artist, founder of MH Contemporary Gallery, and graduate of the MFA program at Otis College of Art and Design. At Infinity Arts, Melissa leads the foundation’s visual arts and residency initiatives. Her vision is rooted in the belief that creativity— when given time, space, and purpose- can lead to discovery and deepen human understanding. Inspired by her own experiences in artist residencies around the world, Melissa founded Infinity Arts Foundation Residency to expand that model into one that brings together art, film, and S.T.E.A.M., fostering dialogue, collaboration, and innovation across disciplines.
